These Website Terms govern access to and use of the Sonic Flights website. References to “Sonic Flights,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business presenting its services under the Sonic Flights name. Please read these terms before using the website.
You may use the website to learn about our services and make legitimate inquiries on your own behalf or for a person or organization you are authorized to represent. You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement before requesting services on a contractual basis.
02Our services and role
Sonic Flights is a charter brokerage. We arrange flights on aircraft operated by FAA Part 135 certificated air carriers; we are not a direct air carrier and do not exercise operational control over a flight. The operating carrier is responsible for flight operations and safety decisions.
Website descriptions of charter, purchase consulting, or management services are general information. The scope, responsibilities, fees, and parties for a particular engagement must be set out in a separate written agreement. Website material is not legal, tax, investment, or aircraft airworthiness advice.
03Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry, sending an email, viewing an aircraft, or discussing an itinerary does not reserve an aircraft or create a charter contract. The inquiry form sends your request to our team. A submission confirmation acknowledges the request and is not a confirmation of availability, pricing, or a booking.
Availability, pricing, routing, amenities, and special requests require confirmation. A booking is subject to the applicable written charter agreement, the operating carrier’s accepted terms, and any required payment. Read the Charter Terms for more information.
04Aircraft information and imagery
Aircraft specifications, ranges, speeds, cabin layouts, and amenities describe the listed aircraft or configuration and may change. Actual performance and availability depend on factors including payload, routing, weather, maintenance, and operating conditions. Published maximum range and speed figures are separate specifications, not a promise of range at a particular speed.
Some aircraft portraits use AI-assisted lighting and setting changes, and the engine animation is illustrative. These visuals are not engineering drawings, proof of an aircraft’s current condition, or a guarantee that a particular aircraft will perform your flight. Confirm the aircraft and required amenities with the charter team.
05Content and intellectual property
The website’s text, branding, photographs, graphics, design, and software are owned by Sonic Flights or used with permission from their respective owners. You may view and make reasonable copies of information for your personal use or internal evaluation of our services, keeping relevant ownership notices intact.
No other license is granted. Do not republish, sell, adapt, or commercially distribute website content, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Rights and exceptions provided by applicable law remain available.
06Acceptable use
Do not use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, send unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with availability, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information. Do not use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service or circumvents access controls.

These Website Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, select an exclusive court, or waive rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Any governing-law or dispute provisions for an actual engagement must be addressed in the applicable agreement.
