01Scope of this policy
This policy describes information associated with the Sonic Flights website and inquiries made through its form, email, and telephone contact options. It does not replace privacy notices provided by an operating air carrier, your email provider, a payment service, or another independent service you choose to use.
Questions and privacy requests can be sent to charter@sonicflights.com. Please use “Privacy request” in the subject line and provide enough information to explain your request without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
02How the inquiry form works
When you submit the inquiry form, the details you enter are sent over HTTPS to our request handler hosted by Amazon Web Services. We use Resend to deliver those details by email to our team so we can respond. Submitting the form does not create a reservation or process a payment.
You can review or remove information before submitting. The form does not save your entries to a separate website customer database. Our email delivery and mailbox providers process the message, and it may be retained in delivery records and business correspondence. Limited technical information is also processed to prevent misuse and troubleshoot delivery. Your browser may remember entries according to its own settings.
03Information involved
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, requested service, departure and arrival locations, travel date, passenger count, and any message you choose to include. If you call or correspond with us, this may also include your phone number and the contents of that conversation or correspondence.
- Information for requested arrangements. A follow-up may require passenger or itinerary details necessary to obtain a quote or arrange a service. We will explain additional requirements at that stage. Do not send payment card numbers, passport copies, or medical details through the general inquiry form.
- Technical information. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs when serving the website.
If you provide information about fellow passengers or someone you represent, share only what is needed, make this notice available to them, and obtain any authority or permission required to provide their information.
04How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss requirements, prepare requested quotes, coordinate requested services, communicate about arrangements, maintain relevant business records, protect against fraud or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Providing details is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or arrange a service without the information needed for that request. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to an email newsletter through this website.

Information relevant to a request may be shared with an operating air carrier or another travel service provider when needed to obtain options or arrange a service you request. These providers may have their own legal obligations and privacy notices.
Hosting, security, email, and other service providers, including Amazon Web Services and Resend for form submissions, may process information to support the website and our communications. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or where necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or address a safety concern.
If a business transfer affects information covered by this policy, any transfer must remain subject to applicable privacy law and relevant confidentiality protections.
07Retention and security
How long information is needed depends on the purpose for collecting it, whether an inquiry becomes a booking, ongoing customer communications, legal or accounting requirements, and the need to resolve a dispute. A privacy request can ask about retention of your specific information. The website does not set a separate retention period for email held by your email provider.
The hosted website uses HTTPS. Email security also depends on the providers involved. No website, email system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us to arrange an appropriate method before sending sensitive identity, payment, or health information.
08Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask about your information, correct an inquiry, or request deletion of information you have provided. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may also have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, limit or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator.
We may need to verify identity or authority before responding. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, including exceptions for records that must be retained. Please tell us the request and the jurisdiction relevant to it. There is no need to send a passport or other identity document with an initial request.
You can choose not to submit an inquiry and can review the details before sending them. If you receive optional promotional communications, you may ask to stop them; necessary messages about an existing request or booking may still be sent.

A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should handle any inquiry involving a child passenger.
